Soto Lamongan is one of the most famous traditional foods from East Java specifically come from a small regency called Lamongan. Soto Lamongan is my food to go for rainy days, this dish is a broth-based soup with some condiments served with the broth. The rich broth is made from chicken, mixed spices and herbs. The taste is really fresh and every ingredient really complements each other really well. Try to eat it with salted duck eggs or bitternut crackers to make it even better!
